Physical examination from the age of 6 month and older. Urgent Medical Care and Walk-In's. No appointment needed.
Personal Injury, Immediate care. Wound care/Minor trauma. Family and Internal medicine appointments (including care for Diabetes, Asthma, and Hypertension.)
Workers Compensation, Pre Employment Physicals and Drug screening (Department of Transportation) DOT Physicals, and Pre-employment Physicals.
(Annual Preventative, School, Camp) Physicals.
A wide range of Blood tests (Cholesterol & Sugar Diabetes screening included). Special testing as EKG, Spirometry and Cardiac Stress test.
Travel Consult, Medical Advice and Immunizations and Vaccinations offered for travelers. Immigration Physical (INS, USCIS Exams).
Comprehensive Physicals corporations and individuals. Routine and Regular Immunization and Vaccinations for Children and Adults
Female Wellness and Gynecology Exams including Pap smears. Auto Accident Physicals
Other payment methods include (Cash, and Credit Cards including American Express, Visa & MasterCard). We accept all Travel Insurances, Medicare, PPO's and Most HMO's
Patient Education Primary Care
We are open Daily (Mon-Fri) from 7AM to 6PM, and we guarantee same day appointments. Maryland Urgent Care & Primary Care provides a variety of evaluative techniques in cardiology, and geriatric medicine, including baseline neurological exanimation. However, when in need, Urgent In-Hospital Care will be provided at the nearest Hospital.

I went to this clinic as a walk in for chest pain. I got seen in 15 minutes. The doctor was thorough enough. I had an EKG done which showed some changes. Dr. Sherif Hassan called a collegue of his and had me referred for urgent tests . I had my tests at the heart Doctor the following day.
It turns out that I was walking around witth blocked heart arteries. Four days after I was seen at Maryland Urgent Care I had two stents placed to open up my arteries. I feel great now.
